Manisha Agrawal is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India with more than 26 years of rich professional experience in Cost Audit, Valuation, Insolvency, Special Audits, Cost Management and Indirect Taxation.
She is an IBBI Registered Insolvency Professional, Registered Valuer (Securities & Financial Assets), and Qualified Independent Director. She has undertaken valuation assignments for corporates under the Companies Act, IBC, FEMA, ESOPs, mergers, restructuring and financial reporting purposes.
She is the Founder Partner of Manisha & Associates, a PAN India firm of Cost Accountants with offices in Nagpur, Delhi, Mangalore, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi and Ahmedabad. The firm serves a broad range of industries, bringing sector understanding and professional rigour to every engagement.
